Candidates joining the Digital Grades and Diplomas exam will need to arrange the rental of exam venue and recording equipment by themselves. They are required to follow the filming guidelines of Trinity College London to record, rename file, compress and upload the exam video.

Please read the exam syllabus and the following terms and conditions carefully before exam enrolment Candidates who enrol are deemed to have accepted the rules and clauses published in the exam syllabus.
General Enrolment Information
• Trinity (Hong Kong) Music Center (hereinafter referred to as THKMC) reserves the right to change the enrolment deadline.
• Applicants/Candidates must have a mobile phone with a bank application installed and be able to make payments with FPS before enroling in the exam."
• Online enrolment payment can only be made through FPS.
• Please take note of the payment number for future follow-up.
• The applicant/candidate is responsible for verifying that the examination fees are correct at the time of payment.
• If any changes are required, THKMC has the right to refuse or impose additional administrative fees on the applicant/candidate. THKMC will not refund the overpaid amount.
• No changes, including exam subject and level, can be made for any enroled exams.
• The examination fee does not include the rental of recording venues and equipment.
• The name of the candidate on the form must match the name of the candidate attending the exam and cannot be replaced or substituted by anyone else under any circumstances.
• The applicant/candidate must provide a valid Hong Kong ID card or passport containing the candidate's photo and full name in English (for verification purposes only). Please upload the file as a computer scan or a photo file. The file format is limited to JPEG, PDF, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF and no more than 5MB.
• Music Performance Diploma candidates who choose a piece outside the repertoire list must attach the "Approval Letter" issued by Trinity College London during exam enrolment.
• After successful enrolment, the applicant/candidate is not allowed to make any changes to the content on the enrolment form.
• Examinations cannot be converted to face-to-face format, postponed, cancelled or refunded.
• In case of any disputes, THKMC reserves the right to make the final decision.
Enrolment and payment procedures
• Fill out the online enrolment form.
• Preview and confirm the completed enrolment form content and exam fee.
• Complete payment of the exam fee through FPS.
• After payment is completed, the applicant/candidate will receive a confirmation email. If the applicant/candidate has not received the confirmation email within three working days of completing the payment, please contact THKMC (info@trinitycollege.com.hk) immediately.
• Trinity College London will email the Submittable account information to the applicant/candidate according to the chosen time slot. The applicant/candidate must upload their exam video and necessary documents within 28 days from the date the email is sent. Candidates who fail to upload the exam files within the time limit will be considered to have forfeited the exam. If the applicant/candidate does not receive the email within the chosen time slot, please contact THKMC via email (info@trinitycollege.com.hk) as soon as possible.
Applicant
• If the candidate is below 18 years old, they can only enrol through an applicant who must be at least 18 years old.
• The applicant can be the candidate's music teacher, parent, guardian, school, or music center.
• The applicant must provide valid contact number, address, and email address when enroling.
• If the submitted information is incorrect, THKMC will not assume any responsibility.
• All exam information will be emailed to the email address filled in by the applicant.
Candidate
• If the candidate is 18 years old or above, they can enrol themselves.
• The candidate must provide valid contact number, address, and email address when enroling.
• If the submitted information is incorrect, the center will not assume any responsibility. THKMC will not assume any responsibility.
• All exam information will be emailed to the email address filled in by the candidate.

• The information provided in the enrolment form will not be referenced by the examiner or any third party.
Special Needs
This part of the data will not affect the exam markings. If the candidate is under the age of 18, the special needs application form will need to be signed by the parent/guardian or a duly authorized agent. Those who apply for special needs must submit the special needs application form together with the supporting documents.
Personal Data (Data Protection Act 1998)
The data provided must be accurate and clearly written. THKMC does not guarantee its accuracy and reliability and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from any inaccuracy or omission. The data will be protected under the UK Data Protection Act 1998. The data provided will be used for examination administration and academic research. In compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, access to all personal data will be made available, on payment of a fee, to anyone who can establish their right to be informed of such data as are retained by THKMC. Please also note that applicants'/candidates' personal data, correspondence, or other information received by THKMC may be referred to the Examination Board concerned. Applicants/candidates should approach the Examination Board directly for their personal data/information handling policies if necessary. If you do not wish your personal data to be used for this purpose, please email THKMC at info@trinitycollege.com.hk (Attn: Supervisor).
Personal Data Collection Statement
THKMC will ensure that the data provided by you is treated and kept strictly confidential, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. The data provided by you is solely for THKMC on communication and development purposes. THKMC will not disclose your personal information to any external parties unless otherwise stated or with your prior consent or if it is required to do so by law. If you want to have access to or change your personal data, please send your full name and contact information to info@trinitycollege.com.hk. If you do not wish to receive our information, please contact THKMC directly through the above channels. You may make an opt-out request to THKMC at any time of not receiving all or any specific communication material from THKMC by sending us a written request.
